We use a web-based online RFP pricing tool that facilitates the electronic RFP process and allows continued collaboration between all stakeholders throughout the sourcing process in order to achieve common goals.

Selected accommodation and venue providers instantly receive an invitation to bid and can reply via the Internet. There is nothing to download, nothing to install and no paper involved.

Built-in parameters ensure that properties can respond correctly with the required information and RFP due dates are automatically tracked and reminder notifications are electronically sent to non-responsive hotels at regular intervals.

The tool allows corporate travel managers to:
