BSI working with Halton Borough Council

Halton Borough Council is the latest local authority to join the National Police Business Travel Framework Agreement, enabling it to take advantage of the service offered by BSI, Europe's leading Specialist accommodation, meetings and event management solutions company.

BSI is one of a limited number of suppliers who have been appointed to provide accommodation and conference services under the National Police Business Travel Framework Agreement.

Halton Borough Council will benefit from the agreement, thanks to the combined purchasing power of police forces, fire and rescue services, ambulance and local authorities already using BSI as part of the Framework Agreement.

Halton Borough Council can also take advantage of significantly discounted rates across the UK and internationally. BSI’s user-friendly online booking tool BSI Direct, offers a reduction in transaction costs as well as booker convenience and driving compliance.

Commenting on the latest edition to the National Police Business Travel Framework Trevor Elswood, BSI Managing Director said: “We are delighted to be working with Halton Borough Council, and the other authorities and emergency service under this framework agreement.
