Our system technology is capable of managing multi-level policies and authorisation management processes to meet varying hierarchy, divisional and department policy requirements. Unlike many of our peers this capability is mirrored in both offline and online booking environments seamlessly.

We work collaboratively to identify the level of policy management or enforcement required depending on the customer’s culture and objectives by:

  • Developing preferred hotel programmes where discounted rates and guaranteed availability have been negotiated and driving compliance to the programme
  • Blocking bookings over a policy-defined rate level (‘hard rate caps’)
  • Capturing customer-defined exception reason codes for non-compliant bookings – i.e., over policy rate levels or selection of a non-preferred property (‘soft rate caps’)
